REMINDER:
Committee Meeting Sun Aug 13 from 4 – 5 pm in Colhoun. All are welcome!

The scouting year begins with the start of the school year and we’ve got a great year ahead with Pack 910! I invite all parents to attend our Pack committee meeting. We will meet upstairs in the Colhoun Room at St. Paul’s, our usual meeting place, and discuss the calendar for the upcoming year. This is a year of transition and it will be important to identify a few parents who can help lead upcoming trips. My youngest son will bridge to Boy Scouts in February and I will transition out of Pack responsibilities at that time.

Come on Aug 13 to:

• Hear about the year ahead and what’s in store
• Identify opportunities to lead an outing or activity with the Pack

• Forsyth County Schools Open House on Aug 24 –volunteers needed to represent Pack 910
• Pack and/or Den meetings most Sundays @ St. Paul’s, beginning with our inaugural meeting on Sun, 9/10 at 3:30 pm (until 5:00 pm)
• Hiddenite Gem Mine day trip on Sat, Sept 9 – no cost to attend! Great recruitment opportunity so please invite friends
• Sugar Valley Campout (Mocksville), Fri-Sat, Sept 29-30
• Fall Camporee at Raven Knob Scout Reservation, Oct 13-5
• New River Campout in Galax (rescheduled from Spring), Nov 3-5
• Spring Camporee at Raven Knob Scout Reservation, April 5-7, 2024
• Carolina Beach Campout, Wilmington, April 26-28, 2024
