Scouts’ Invitation Letter

The single best recruiting tool for our Pack is you! Invitations from Scouting families to new Scouts and their families have led wonderful people to our Pack for decades. Please consider using this letter for your Cub Scout to share with his/her friends at school.

Dear Friend,

I missed seeing you while we were away from school this summer. I look forward to having a fun new year with you. I want to ask you if you are interested in joining me in Cub Scouts this year at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. I will be a [Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Arrow of Light] scout in Pack 910.

We get to do all kinds of fun stuff like camp, have cookouts, make our own toy cars that we race, and meet each month to learn cool, new stuff. We meet on Sunday afternoons, so it does not mess up your week or Saturday sports. If you can’t make it to all the scout stuff, that is still OK.

If this sounds like fun, you can let me or my parents know. It would be awesome if you join me this year! Tell your parents they can call my parents for more info.

Have a great start to the new school year!

Your awesome friend,
