POPCORN AND MORE!

Thanks to all the families who came out to this weekend’s events! The trip to Hiddenite had over 50 people in attendance from Pack 910 (check out Vadim’s FUN pictures here), and we had a great inaugural Pack meeting yesterday at St. Paul’s. It was nice to see so many new families in attendance and we are happy to have new scouts and their parents as part of our growing family at Pack 910!

This message is mainly about Popcorn, though there are a couple of key dates at the end about Pack meetings and camping.

POPCORN SALES ARE HAPPENING NOW!

THIS WEEKEND is the first “show and sell” opportunity! There are three shifts to fill on Saturday at the Walmart Neighborhood Market off of Country Club. This is a GREAT opportunity for your scout to practice salesmanship and help the Pack! Popcorn is a tremendous fundraiser for Pack 910 and we keep 35% of the money that we raise through popcorn sales. Sign up to sell popcorn at the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Each scout will have individual opportunities to sell popcorn both in-person and online, which we will cover in more detail at the September 24 Pack meeting. In the meantime, we would encourage you to use this sign-up genius to fill slots for both this coming Saturday, as well as the other “show and sell” dates that you’ll see. Big shout out to Laura Chernushkin for organizing this!

Next Pack Meeting: September 24 at 3:30 pm, at St. Paul’s.

Next Campout: Sugar Valley Airport, Friday Sept 29 through Saturday Sept 30. Sign up now! It’s only $10 per person and we need a head count for meal and activity planning. Please sign up by 9/24

Calendar. You can access the full calendar on our website at cubscouts910.org/home/calendar/printable-calendar/
